Nice place with well appointed clean rooms. We were able to complete our check-in online so almost everything was taken care of when we got in. You can have one or two dogs stay with you for CA$20 each (I think it's per week). There's an additional form you have to sign when you show up. There's a small breakfast that's served from 6am. Certainly appreciated and got us going in the morning. Check out is noon.
We stayed at family suits at 3rd floor. Definitely worth it. Morning breakfast was simple but sufficient. Coffee all day kept us going in during our stay. What made the difference was staff!!! Kudos to housekeeping. Spotless!!! Angela and Christina are rockstars. We felt welcomed. Very nice, very kind. Only 5 min drive to city centre. Highly recommend this place.
Was a great little hotel. Very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast options were good and room layout was perfect. We were happy with our stay and the value price compared to other hotels for a quick overnight trip.
This was a good place to spend the night in Saint John. It isn't anything fancy but it is clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit outdated but the room we were in had a separate living room and sink area which was nice. The bathroom had everything we needed as well. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Just a few minutes drive from downtown and there is a grocery store right next door which is convenient. I would recommend staying here.
Reception staff were very courteous, kind and pleasant. The room was large, with easy access via a rear door right to our parking space. We experienced lots of noise from the air conditioner, the room above and beside us. The bed was too soft for us and we had difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was available at 6am, with a good selection of hot food (eggs, sausage, pancakes), bagels, muffins, cereals, juices, tea and coffee. There was ample parking, however the side and back parking lots are eroded, with numerous potholes and badly need to be re-paved.
every time I travel up to take the ferry, this is where I stay. pet friendly, the staff is so very nice and helpful, the rooms are comfy. For the price I think it's a good value.
